Production technique: classic red vinification with delestages and macro-ox pumping over
Refinement: 12 months in tonneaux and bottle aging
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby red color and slight garnet reflections. The nose is broad
and ethereal with characteristic notes of nutmeg, red rose and a subtle spicy note. Taste of great
strength but balanced and enveloping, with a long persistence.
Pairings: red meats, hard cheeses, also excellent for meditation
Alcoholic content: 13.5% vol.
