Description
From a careful selection of grapes harvested early, the best grapes of the FRASCATI DOC SPARKLING wine are chosen. The vinification is carried out with the maximum care (must-vine yield 55-60%) thus resulting in a must of excellent quality. The characteristic fragrance of “bread crust” is produced by the long contact with leavens (at least nine months), to produce its rich characteristic mousse.
