Hilly in a good position and windy.
Vineyards: Cultivated by using the Guyot system, with 4.500 plants per ha and an output of about 80 ql/ha .
Harvesting: By hand and making a careful selection when grapes reach the right maturity.
Colour : Ruby-red, with violet hints
Aroma : Wide bouquet, with very strong scent of wild fruits and spices
Flavour : Full-bodied, robust, persistent and well-balanced.
Alcohol 14 % vol.

Matching Excellent with red meat and spicy cheese.
