With a straw yellow color embellished with greenish reflections and golden streaks, the minerality and pungency typical of Grechetto initially impose themselves on the senses. With a game of oxidation of the wine in the glass, the aromaticity, body and persistence of Malvasia gradually emerge, which finally prevail with notes of almond and honey. Pairings A markedly balanced wine, Caparbio is perfect for an everyday meal. It pairs well with first courses, such as a pasta cacio e pepe, as well as with second courses of white meat, such as a pork loin.
