Chardonnay is cultivated all around the world, even though it has different features (taste, hints, colour and personality) depending on the soil where it is cultivated. The DieciAnni is a straw-coloured wine spreading hints of yellow peaches and aromatic herbs that recall the Puglia sunny lands. Extraordinary wine with a spiced entry, a well-balanced final and great flavours. ALCOHOLIC GRADATION 13% by vol. YIELD PER HECTARE 8.000 bottles (5.000 vines per hectare) GRAPE VARIETY Negroamaro 100% AGE OF THE VINES 25/30 years old VINE CULTIVATION METHOD cordon training Grapes 100% Chardonnay Productin area and harvest time North Salento – Manual harvesting around the middle of August. At the winery Soft pressing with the must made cold at 8°C. The resulting wine is aged for 3 months in French oak barrels. Ageing Potential Ready-to-drink wine, it can be kept for at least five/six years. Serving temperature- food matchings 13°C – Bass ravioli with fish fumè; risotto with zucchini and shrimps.
