Native grapes of Trebbiano Toscano are carefully selected and handpicked to produce our limited IGP Lazio denomination wine. The volcanic rock in our terroir is expressed in every bottle, creating a wine bursting with aromas of tropical fruit and citrus and a pronounced minerality and salinity on the palate. An extremely food friendly wine, it pairs well with appetizers, pasta dishes, white meats and especially fish dishes.
