From the skilful vinification of Cesanese grapes this garnet red wine with violet hues is born. With an intense and ethereal scent of red fruit in alcohol, amarasca and wild sour cherries, with sensations reminiscent of wild violet, delicate woody and spicy notes elegantly complete with an aromatic bouquet. The taste is soft and elegant, the tannins are fine and enveloping. Ideal with grilled meat, stews, roasts and aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature 14-16 ° C Alcoholic strength : 13,5% vol.
