40/60 is a red wine from Lazio IGT obtained from the Cesanese and Shiraz grape. A wine that releases a pleasant persistence and is produced by the company in the most favorable years, only manual harvesting when the right ripeness is reached, a careful selection of the grapes is made. Grapes: Shiraz 40%, Cesanese 60 Vineyards: Guyot training system with a density of 4,500 vines per hectare. Production is approximately 80 quintals per hectare. Organoleptic Characteristics: ruby ​​red with violet reflections, a broad bouquet with very intense sensations of berries and spices. The taste is full, with a great body, persistent and well-balanced.
