From a careful early harvest selection, the most suitable grapes for Frascati DOC Spumante are collected. The vinification is carried out with the utmost care, obtaining a first-pressing must of the highest quality. The characteristic “bread crust” fragrance derives from the prolonged contact with the yeasts of the second fermentation for at least 9 months. Grape varieties: Malvasia del Lazio: 20/30%, Malvasia di Candia: 40/50%, Bonvino 5/10% ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Color: straw yellow Smell: fine, delicate, intense, reminiscent of bread crust Taste: lively, full-bodied, soft and persistent.
