Unexpected is instead the light aromaticity and softness, generally uncommon in this variety but particular characteristics of the specific Grechetto clone of Eredi dei Papi. Pairings Schietto is the perfect companion for an aperitif or appetizer based on cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, fried vegetables and fish.
