Grape variety: 100% Malvasia del Lazio, also known as Malvasia Puntinata. Type of cultivation: row, 4000 vines per hectare Age of the vineyards: 25 years Production per Ha.: 70 q.li Altitude of the vineyards: 250 m. Soil: rich in pebbles and outcropping basalt Production area: volcanic hills south of Rome Harvest: from the second half of September, manual harvest with selection of the grapes Production technique: cold skin maceration; long vinification in thermo-conditioned reduction, at a temperature between 12°C and 16°C Aging: conservation “sur lie” for 5 months Organoleptic characteristics: bright golden yellow. Elegant, fruity on the nose, with sweet hints of apricot and ripe peach. Warm, soft and enveloping on the palate: the sweet aromas of its fruits return Pairings: a wine that accompanies the entire meal, from aperitifs and delicacies to elaborate second courses Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
