Appellation: IGT Lazio Rosso Grapes: Shiraz 100% Ground: Volcanic origin, rich in Potassium, Phosphorus and Magnesium. Hilly in a good position and windy. Vineyards: Cultivated by using the Guyot system, with 4.500 plants per ha and an output of about 80 ql/ha . Harvesting: By hand and making a careful selection when grapes reach the right maturity. Organoleptic description Colour : Ruby-red, with violet hints Aroma : Wide bouquet, with very strong scent of wild fruits and spices Flavour : Full-bodied, robust, persistent and well-balanced. Analytic Data Alcohol 14 % vol. Tot. Acidity 5,6-5,8 gr/lt. Dry extract 29 gr/lt. Residual sugars 2,0-2,5 gr/lt. Matching Excellent with red meat and spicy cheese. Serving Temperature 16° – 18° C .
