Grape varieties: Malvasia 100% Denomination: IGT Lazio Bianco Soil: Volcanic origin, rich in potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, hilly, well exposed and ventilated. Vineyards: Trained using the Guyot system with a density of 4,500 vines per hectare, giving a production of approximately 80 quintals/ha. Harvest: Manual, once the right ripeness is reached a careful selection of the grapes is made. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Appearance: Bright straw-yellow color with light greenish reflections. Smell: Intense, persistent, fruity, broad (reminiscent of ripe grapes). Taste: Savoury, full-bodied and soft with a characteristic light bitterish aftertaste.
